the breakfast was acceptable.
the overall cleanliness of the facilities concerned me , particularly around the waterpark. debris was visible inside the pools , and the water looked cloudy. furthermore, i noted the absence of basic amenities , such as toothbrushes and toothpaste.

Pushpa at concierge offered really good service with great attention to detail. She was friendly and professional and always anticipated what i needed. Rajib did a wonderful job with housekeeping and the room was perfect every day. it really reminded me of a second home.
The pool was quite crowded and people walked around with pints of beer. The hotel reminded me of a package hotel instead of a five star hotel! The music from the bar at the neighboring hotel was loud until late at night. it was hard to sleep, even with earplugs.

excellent valetwarm personalitywelcome feeling
i go with my family every year. we enjoy ourselves . a big part of this goes to valet service. this makes the process simple. i thank vinoth antony in particular. he always makes my family feel welcome. he also has an warm personality.
The hotel was completely booked and so noisy at times. It was difficult to rest.

My room had a king bed. It includes tea and coffee making facilities. the bathroom had one sink. shower gel. also, a small table with two chairs was included, and a balcony overlooking the sea.

Latest recipe buffet includes a variety of options for breakfast. there are omelets, eggs, yogurts and croissants. a variety of juices. bussola pizzeria has excellent pizzas. Half board includes three courses but not drinks.

the staff consistently greeted me with a smile. the staff was cute. vinoth antony made sure i felt comfortable. vinoth ensured everything went well when i was ready to leave.

the hotel staff were friendly. it felt cute.
the noise was a significant issue. loud music from a nearby venue persisted late into the night. i had difficulty sleeping and the hotel did little to resolve this issue. the room size felt small for a family even though i booked a family room.
